Lively place, great drinks, super-friendly staff and awesome crowd! Went there for my roommate's birthday and the performers really made it a special one for her. Thank you! Will definitely visit often.

I had the summer salad with steak ($20.00) white sitting on the patio with Mr. C. The best part about hanging with Mr. C (my bestie) is that he likes ugly men. How awesome is it that you and your bestie will never fight over dudes? The steak was perfectly cooked and salad ingredients were fresh. I loved our server's warm and generous personality. She was divine. I prefer this establishment over the franchise across the street. I'll be back!

wow the worst service and the most basic tasting food I’ve ever had. Wow just wow.... was edible and we were starving coming from a long day of running around. The food was so bad/ bland that I felt the need to write this review. I’ll say it one more time .... wow just wow. It always disappoints me that a restaurant that has a prime location in the heart of a community can put forth a value offering that is so below average standards. I actually feel a bit offended by that - you should know better Church street Garage.

This venerable location, on the northeast corner of Church and Maitland in the true heart of the Village, is a permanent feature of the Village. Its patio is a great place to relax on a summer afternoon, and the bar is a regular venue for drag events.

Service was good. Prices were reasonable.

Great interesting bar on Chirch St. Staff is friendly and drinks come fast. First time there but I'd say time spent was fun and I'd easily comeback.

Hit this place up for brunch on Church in the Village. Despite a 15 minute wait for service (they didn't appear busy) the Truckstop sandwich was delicious for a mere $10. Choice of bacon, peameal or sausage, with real cheese and tangy mayo, with home fries (deep fried then baked) and side slices of fresh orange. Delicious! The patio is sunny and provides great people and dog watching. I'll be back for seconds.

Cheap drinks. Good location. Good sevice. Not a crazy place on the strip. Totally enjoyable.

This place has a great patio and often hosts drag queens who out on a great show. It can be intimate or quite busy depending on the day. The beer selection is not great.

We visit here every few months and it's always a good time. The patio is great in the summer and Purple Rain is a fun cocktail to try. We had burgers this time and they didn't disappoint.

Good food, good drinks and great atmosphere. What more do you need? Other than love from a significant other. But I am sure you can find some love here too.

Great gay bar , friendly staff and fun drag acts

Went here on pride Saturday and was quite impressed with the service. Even though it was extremely busy our server was patient and bery friendly. I spilled some beer and within seconds it was being cleaned up by two staff members. GREAT service!!!

Jada Hudson has been performing here for 6 years consistently every Tuesday.Entertainment is always amazing.I highly recommend to go here for drinks and a great show!

The stars are purely for the entertainment, which was great. The service was awful. Possibly the worst waiter I've had in my entire life.

Pretty disappointed in the quality of the food. I don't know if it is always like that or just that day. At my table someone had to ordered twice pancakes and it was raw inside. I really love all the precautions they are taking with COVID. The servers were prompt, the drinks were good, and everyone was very friendly. I felt safe and taken care of! Plus, it was not busy at all and the patio is slightly down a side street, so there was ample shade and some peace and quiet despite the main street. The washrooms were very clean, too. Would go back again!

Fun diner style bar. Went there for lunch and an afternoon cocktail. Had a nice summer salad which had strawberries, oranges, almonds and an orange vinaigrette. I didn't get any additional protein, although grilled chicken or even shrimp would have went well. Quesadilla and burgers we're good as well. It's your average diner style menu. Salads, sandwiches, burgers, etc. They have a fun bar which was nice. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. Place has plenty of outdoor seating during the spring and summer months. Great for people watching on Church. Garage bar was a nice spot to stop in for lunch after walking the city and before our drinking marathon on Church began.

Friendly staff. Food is decent but WAY too expensive for a pub. They have different prices for the same items served at different times of day.Bathroom - horrible! It's where the staff have their lockers & cleaning supplies. Very tiny & needs a scrubbing!

Had so much fun! Good drinks. Good service. There is food as well. When I went there was a drag show going on. I really enjoyed my experience there. Give it a try. It is a lot of fun .

Beautiful patio. Food is really good. Reasonably priced options in the menu and the portions are quite generous. The service is great. Every server I've had here is very friendly and attentive. This is my favourite local bar. Great place for drinks or a casual bite to eat.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I must say their customer service is always good and they keep the place neat regularly. Prices are fair and they serve sizeable portions.

Great place to hang out in the Village. Great prices and friendly staff. The music however is just a tad too loud.
